And when confided the Prophet to one (of) his wives a statement, and when she informed about it and made it apparent Allah to him, he made known a part of it and avoided [of] a part. Then when he informed her about it, she said, "Who informed you this?" He said, "Has informed me the All-Knower, the All-Aware."
And lo! [It so happened that] the Prophet told something in confidence to one of his wives; and when she thereupon divulged it, and God made this known to him, he acquainted [others] with some of it and passed over some of it. And as soon as he let her know it, she asked, "Who has told thee this?" - [to which] he replied, "The All-Knowing, the All-Aware has told me."
When the Prophet confided a fact unto one of his wives and when she afterward divulged it and Allah apprised him thereof, he made known (to her) part thereof and passed over part. And when he told it her she said: Who hath told thee? He said: The Knower, the Aware hath told me
When the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his consorts, and she then divulged it (to another), and Allah made it known to him, he confirmed part thereof and repudiated a part. Then when he told her thereof, she said, "Who told thee this? "He said, "He told me Who knows and is well-acquainted (with all things)."
˹Remember˺ when the Prophet had ˹once˺ confided something to one of his wives, then when she disclosed it ˹to another wife˺ and Allah made it known to him, he presented ˹to her˺ part of what was disclosed and overlooked a part. So when he informed her of it, she exclaimed, “Who told you this?” He replied, “I was informed by the All-Knowing, All-Aware.”
The Prophet told something in confidence to one of his wives. But when she disclosed it [to another wife], God made it known to him; he confirmed part of it, and ignored another part. Then when he confronted her with it, she asked, "Who told you this?" He said, "I was informed by the All-knowing, the All-Aware."
The Prophet once told one of his wives something in confidence. She did not keep it secret and God informed him of this; he made known a part of it, and avoided [mentioning] part of it. When he spoke to his wife of this, she asked him who had told him about it. He replied, The All Knowing, the All Aware One
And when the prophet secretly communicated a piece of information to one of his wives-- but when she informed (others) of it, and Allah made him to know it, he made known part of it and avoided part; so when he informed her of it, she said: Who informed you of this? He said: The Knowing, the one Aware, informed me
And mention when the Prophet confided to one of his spouses a discourse, she, then, told it to another. God disclosed to him of it. He acquainted her with some of it and turned aside some of it. When he told her about it, she said: Who communicated this to thee? He said: The Knowing, The Aware told me.
Thus the Prophet confided a story to one of his wives and when she spread it around, God disclosed the matter to him. He let some of it be known, and overlooked part [of it]. However when he informed her about it, she said: "Who told you about this?", he said: "The Aware, the Informed One told me so."
And (remember) when the prophet (Muhammad) disclosed a matter (secret) to one of his wives (Hafsa), she disclosed it (to Aisha). And Allah made it known to him; he informed part of it (to Aisha) and left a part. Then when he told her (Hafsa) of it, she said: “Who told you this?” He said: “The All-Knower, the All-Aware (Allah) has told me.”
When the Prophet confided a certain matter to one of his wives, but she divulged it, and God showed it to him, he made known part of it and held back part of it. When he informed her of it, she said, “Who informed thee of this?” He replied, “The Knower, the Aware informed me.
The Prophet confided a matter to one of his wives, but when she disclosed it, and God made it known to him, he shared some of it and overlooked some. When he informed her about it, she asked, “Who told you this?” He replied, “The All-Knowing, the All-Aware informed me.”

And when An-Nabi confided in secrecy unto some one of his wives a matter, so when she divulged it (to another) and Allah made him aware over this (divulgence), he made known a part thereof and avoided from a portion (thereof). So when (the Prophet) transferred the news to her thereof (i.e., he made known her irresponsible act of divulgence) she said: “Who has given you this information?” (The Prophet) said: “The All-Knower and the All-Aware has transferred me information.”
When the Prophet confided a secret to one of his wives, she disclosed this secret to another and Allah informed him about it, the Prophet made known to the said wife a part of it and avoided mentioning the rest. So when he told her about this disclosure, she asked: "Who told you this?" He replied: "I was informed by Him Who is All-Knowing, All-Aware."
And as the Prophet (entrusted) a secret discourse to some of his spouses, then as soon as one of (them) (fully) informed (another) of it, and Allah disclosed it to him, he acquainted (her) of some part of it, and passed over (Literally: veered away from) (some) part. Then, as soon as he (fully) informed her of it, she said, "Who has informed you of this?" He said, "The Ever-Knowing, The Ever-Cognizant has (fully) informed me."
The Prophet told a secret to one of his wives telling her not to mention it to anyone else. When she divulged it, God informed His Prophet about this. The Prophet told his wife part of the information which he had received from God and ignored the rest. Then she asked, "Who informed you about this?" He replied, "The All-aware and All-knowing one has told me"
And (remember) when the Prophet told one of his wives something in secret. So, when she disclosed it (to another wife), and Allah made it known to him, he told (the disclosing wife) part of it, and avoided another part. So when he informed her about it, she said, .Who told you about this?. He said, .I was told of it by the All-Knowing, the All-Aware
(Family life must be a relation of mutual trust. Now follows an example for the believers.) The Prophet confided a certain statement to one of his wives but then she divulged it. And Allah let this known to him. He then informed his wife of part of the issue and disregarded part. She asked him, "Who informed you of this?" He said, "The Knower, the Aware has informed me."
(Remember)! The prophet confided in one of his wives concerning a certain matter. When she divulged (the information) to another one (of his wives), Allah informed the prophet about it. The prophet told his wife a portion (of what Allah had informed him) and ignored the rest. When he told her about it, she asked, "Who told you about this?" He replied, "The One Who knows all and is the most Aware has told me!"
And (remember) when the Prophet told in privacy a matter to one of his wives (Hafsah), and she then says it (to another, ‘Aishah), and Allah made it known to him, he (the Prophet,) informed a part of it and questioned a part. Then when he (the Prophet) told her about it, she said, "Who told you this?" He said, "He (Allah, Aleem) told me; (He) Who knows and is Well-Acquainted (Khabir, with all things.)"
And [remember] when the Prophet confided to one of his wives a statement; and when she informed [another] of it and Allah showed it to him, he made known part of it and ignored a part. And when he informed her about it, she said, "Who told you this?" He said, "I was informed by the Knowing, the Acquainted."
And when the prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to some of his wives, then one of them spread it, and God revealed it to him, he recognized part of it and denied part. So when he informed her, she said: "Who informed you of this" He said: "I was informed by the Knowledgeable, the Expert."
The Prophet told something in confidence to one of his wives. When she disclosed it [to another wife] and God made this known to him, he confirmed part of it, keeping the rest to himself. When he confronted her with what she had done, she asked, ‘Who told you about this?’ and he replied, ‘The All Knowing, the All Aware told me.’
And recall what time the Prophet confided a story Unto one of his spouses, then she disclosed it, and Allah apprised him thereof, he made known part thereof and Withheld part. Then, when he had apprised her of it, she said: who hath acquainted thee therewith! He said the Knower, the Aware hath acquainted me
When the Prophet told one of his wives something in confidence and she disclosed it, God revealed this to him. So he made some of it known to her, and held back some. When, however, he informed her about it, she asked: "Who told you this?" He said: "I was told this by the All-knowing, All-Informed."
The Prophet confided a certain matter to one of his wives, then when she divulged it Allah disclosed that to him, and he communicated part of it and withheld part of it. When he told her of it, she said, ´Who told you of this?´ He said, ´The All-Knowing and All-Aware informed me of it.´
(It so happened that) the Prophet confided something to one of his wives, and when she divulged it (to another), and God acquainted him of it, he made known part of it, and missed out part. And when he informed her of it, she asked: "Who has told you this?" He said: "He informed me Who is the All-Knowing, the All-Aware."

And when the prophet confidentially told a saying to one of his wives, then when she told (the other) about it, God informed him of it, making known some of it and avoided some. So, when he told her about it, she said: “Who told you about this?” He said: “The knowledgeable, the well-informed told me.”
When the messenger disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives, and she then divulged it, and God made it known to him, he confirmed part of it and avoided a part. Then when he told her of it she said, “Who told you this?” He said, “He Who told me, knows all and is well acquainted with all things.
Remember when the Prophet shared a secret with one of his wives, and when she disclosed it to another Allah informed him about it; he confirmed part of it and kept the other secret. So when he informed her about this she said, “Who has told you this?” He replied, “The Knower, the Aware told me.”
The Prophet confided something to one of his wives and then she disclosed it (to another); so after Allah revealed to the Prophet (that she had disclosed that secret), he made a part of it known to her and passed over a part of it. And when he told her about this (i.e., that she had disclosed the secret entrusted to her), she asked: "Who informed you of this?" He said: "I was told of it by He Who is All-Knowing, All-Aware."
And when the prophet confided a narrative to some of his wives, then one of them spread it, and God revealed it to him, he recognized part of it and denied part. So when he informed her, she said: "Who informed you of this?" He said: "I was informed by the Knowledgeable, the Expert."
And the Prophet once told something in confidence to one of his wives. She then divulged it [to another wife]. And Allah made this known to him. He [the Prophet] let her know a part of it [what Allah had told him] and he wit eld a part. And no sooner he let her know partially what Allah had told him, she asked, "Who has told you this!?" He replied, "The One, Knowledgeable and Aware of everything, has told me."
And when the Prophet told a secret matter to one of his wives, then when she disclosed it and Allah disclosed it to the Prophet, the Prophet made known to her some part, and overlooked some part thereof, And when the Prophet informed her of it she said 'who has informed you of it. He said, 'The Knowing, the Aware has informed me'.
The prophet had trusted some of his wives with a certain statement, then one of them spread it, and GOD let him know about it. He then informed his wife of part of the issue, and disregarded part. She asked him, "Who informed you of this?" He said, "I was informed by the Omniscient, Most Cognizant."
The Prophet confided a certain matter to one of his wives but thereafter she disclosed it, then Allah revealed what she had done to him. He made part of it known and another part not. And when he acquainted her with it, she said: 'Who has told you this? ' He replied: 'I was told of it by the Knower, the Aware.
And when the Prophet confided an information to one of his wives -- but when she informed (others) of it, and Allah informed him of it, he made known part of it and passed over part. So when he told her of it, she said: Who informed thee of this? He said: The Knowing, the One Aware, informed me
And when the prophet confided to some (of) his wives an information/speech, so when she informed with it (others) and God made it apparent/visible on (to) him, he made some of it known and he opposed from some, so when he informed her with it, she said: "Who informed you (of) this?" He said: "The knowledgeable, the expert/experienced informed me."
[God knows the secrets of everyone]. Once Mohammad revealed a secret to his wife and she informed the others, Mohammad asked his wife why she has not kept the secret! His wife was surprised and asked who has informed him. Mohammad said: “The Lord Who Knows and is aware of everything.”
And when the Holy Prophet confided a matter to one of his wives; so when she disclosed it and Allah conveyed this to the Holy Prophet, he told her part of it and held back a part; so when the Holy Prophet informed her about it, she said, “Who informed you?”; he said, “The All Knowing, the All Aware has informed me.”
And when the Prophet confided a matter unto one of his wives and she divulged it, and ALLAH informed him of it, he made known to her part thereof, and avoided mentioning part of it. And when he informed her of it, she said, `Who has informed thee of it?' He said, `The All-Knowing, the All-Aware God has informed me.
And when the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) secretly disclosed a matter to one of his wives, but when she mentioned it and Allah made it known to the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him), then the Prophet reminded her of some part of it and overlooked (to inform) the rest of it. Then when the Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) informed her of it (that she had disclosed that secret), she said: ‘Who has told you of that?’ The Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him) said: ‘The All-Knowing, All-Aware (Lord) has told me.
(Recall the time) when the Prophet confided to one of his wives (-Hafsah) a certain (secret) matter. When she divulged it (to another of his wives aishah), and Allah informed him (- the Prophet) of this, he then made known (to her) a part of it (to reprove her for what she had done) and avoided mentioning the other part. So when he told her about it she said, `Who has informed you of this?' He (- the Prophet) said, `The All-Knowing, the All-Aware (God) has informed me.
And (remember) when the Prophet (SAW) disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives (Hafsah), so when she told it (to another i.e. Aishah), and Allah made it known to him, he informed part thereof and left a part. Then when he told her (Hafsah) thereof, she said: "Who told you this?" He said: "The All-Knower, the All-Aware (Allah) has told me"
And when the Prophet confided to one of his wives a certain matter; and then, when she told of it, and God disclosed that to him, he made known part of it, and turned aside from part; then, when he told her of it, she said, 'Who told thee this?' He said, 'I was told of it by the All-knowing, the All-aware.
When the prophet intrusted as a secret unto one of his wives a certain accident; and when she disclosed the same, and God made it known unto him; he acquainted her with part of what she had done, and forbore to upbraid her with the other part thereof. And when he had acquainted her therewith, she said, who hath discovered this unto thee? He answered, the knowing, the sagacious God hath discovered it unto me
And when the prophet told as a secret to one of his wives a recent event, and when she gave information thereof and exposed it, he acquainted her with some of it and avoided part of it. But when he informed her of it, she said, 'Who told thee this?' he said, 'The wise one, the well-aware informed me
When the prophet told a recent occurrence as a secret to one of his wives, and when she divulged it and God informed him of this, he acquainted her with part and withheld part. And when he had told her of it, she said, "Who told thee this?" He said, "The Knowing, the Sage hath told it me
When the Prophet confided a secret to one of his wives; and when she disclosed it and God informed him of this, he made known one part of it and said nothing about the other. And when he had acquainted her with it she said: ‘Who told you this?‘ He said: ‘The All-knowing, the Wise One, told me.‘
And when the prophet spoke to one of his spouses in confidence a discourse, so that when she divulged it and Allah made him to discover it, he made part of it known and he overlooked other parts so when he informed her about it, she said, “Who informed you about this?” He said, “He informed me the One who is The All-knowing, The All-acquainted.”
The Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his wives- (Hafsa bint Umar)- and then she divulged the secret to (Ā'ishah bint Abī Bakr). Lo! Allâh made it known to him. So he informed his wife of part of the issue and disregarded part. She asked: "Who informed you of this?" He said: "I was informed by the One Who is the All-Knowing, the All-Aware.”
And when the prophet talked in confidence to one of his wives, then when she announced it and Allah disclosed it to him, he made known some of it and withheld some, so when he informed her of it she said: who told you this? He said: the Knowing and Informed has told me.
When the Prophet told a secret to one of his wives, she told someone. Allah let (the Prophet) find out. He acknowledged part of it and avoided another part. He told her (what he found out). She said, “Who told you about it?” He said, “I was informed by the All-knowing, the Fully Aware.”
And recall when the Prophet confided a matter to some of his spouses, then as soon as one (of them) disclosed it (to another wife) and Allah made it known to him, he communicated part of it and disregarded another part. Then, when he informed her of it, she said, “Who informed you of this?” He said, “The All-Knowing, the All-Aware informed me.”
Thus the Prophet confided a story to one of his wives and when she spread it around, Allah (God) disclosed the matter to him. He let some of it be known, and overlooked part [of it]. However, when he informed her about it, she said: "Who told you about this?", he said: "The Aware, the Informed One told me so."
And when the Prophet secreted to some of his wives a narration; so, when she informed of it and Allah disclosed it upon him, he recognized some of it and turned aside some. So, when he informed her of it, she said, "Who informed you of this?" He said, "I was informed by Al-Aalim (The Knowledgeable), Al-Khabir (The Expert)."
And remember when the (final) Nabi confided a secret to one his wives (Hafsa [r.a.]) and she informed the other (Aisha [r.a.]) and Allah showed it to him (Rasulullah saw), he made known a part of it and avoided mentioning a part. Then when he told this to his wife (Hafsa [r.a.]), she said, “Who told you this?” and he said, “The One who is Aleem and Habir.”
And when the prophet secretly (communicated details of) an event to one of his wives, but when she informed (others) about it and Allah made it known to him, he made known (to her, in turn) a part of it and avoided a part. So when he informed her about it she said, “Who informed you of this?” He said, “The Knower, the Informed, gave me the news.” part of it and avoided a part. So when he informed her about it she said, “Who informed you of this?” He said, “The Knower, the Informed, gave me the news.”
And for once did the Prophet speak in confidence to one of his wives but she breached the confidence and played the informer and disclosed to another wife what he -the Prophet- wished to be kept secret, and Allah made that known to him Then when, the prophet, told his wife that he knew that she betrayed his confidence and repeated to her a part of what she said and ignored a part, she exclaimed ; "Who told you this?" he said : "it was made known to me by AL-Alim and AL-Khabir (the fully Cognizant of all things)"
And when the prophet told information secretly to some of his wives, and when she gave information of it, and God made it apparent to him, he made known some of it and turned away from some. And when he informed her of it, she said, 'Who told you this?' He said, 'The Knowing, the Aware informed me.'
When the Prophet disclosed a matter in confidence to one of his consorts, and she then divulged it (to another), and God made it known to him, he confirmed part thereof and repudiated a part. Then when he told her thereof, she said, "Who told thee this? "He said, "He told me Who knows and is well-acquainted (with all things)."

Then when he informed her about it, she said, "Who informed you this?" He said, "Has informed me the All-Knower, the All-Aware.
Wa-ith asarra alnnabiyyu ila baAAdi azwajihi hadeethan falamma nabbaat bihi waathharahu Allahu AAalayhi AAarrafa baAAdahu waaAArada AAan baAAdin falamma nabbaaha bihi qalat man anbaaka hatha qala nabbaaniya alAAaleemu alkhabeeru
